ZenExchange was developed to make buying and selling a home joyous experience. The platform features a work-flow system that guides everyone involved (conveyancers, agents, vendor, purchaser etc) through the process - helping the house sale stay on track.
The landing page was to include basic theming of bootstrap to cover the major elements. The system was to be primarily hidden behind a one-page website, with a ‘Sign up’ / Sign in’ function. The design highlights the key areas of ZenExchange in an uncluttered space.
The client requested a down-to-earth and natural attitude in language and look - no gimmicks. To achieve this I created a sophisticated, cleaner space for agents and buyers
Users can view and search important documents related to the house sale. From this page users can also upload documents from their device.
Central to ZenExchange is to encourage the buyer and seller to register how they feel as the process develops. I was responsible for full brand identity, copywriting and character creation. The states needed to show differing degrees of mood- from happy/zen to seriously angry/un-zen.
